Prices are per room, breakfast included and do not include the tourist tax:
€ 0,75 from 01/05 to 15/06 and from 01/10 to 30/11 (applies to those > 14 years old and for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights)
€ 1,50 from 16/06 to 30/09 and from 12/01 to 30/04 (applies to those > 14 years old and for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights)
The hotel rooms are all different, but they all offer a unique experience. They are furnished with local fir and larch wood furniture and mountain fabrics. All rooms are equipped with private bathroom, hairdryer, safe, minibar, ventilation system, television with satellite decoder, free Wi-Fi connection, soap and shampoo dispenser. Furthermore, one room is equipped with a kitchenette, two with a hydromassage tub and one with a sauna.
The hotel offers a wide range of services, to meet the needs of all guests just a few steps from Gran Paradiso National Park.

ANIMALS: small pets allowed subject on request in CAGLIOSTRO, RANDONNEUR and BOUQUETINS rooms (surchage see above on this page)
CHECK-IN: 3.30/22.00 p.m. - CHECK-OUT: 7.30/10.00 a.m.Any other time of arrival and departure must be agreed in advance. There is not night porter.
BOOKING: at the moment of booking it's required number, type and date of expiration of your credit card - no money will be charged.
For long stays in high season is required a 30% down payment by bank transfer
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellation or modified up to 6 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If canceled or modified later, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
For cancellations or modifications from 48 hours before arrival or for no-shows, the entire stay will be charged.
In case of payment of deposit for cancellations or changes later, the deposit is not returned.
For stays in middle August and New Year day the minimum staty is 5 nights. Long weekends, Easter.. the minimum stay is 2 nights.
The ROOM CLEANING is carried out every day from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 a.m. (not beyond) and REPLACING THE LINEN happens to every new customer. In any case, for different needs, just send them to the owner.
